„KARIBU“ 10 NIGHTS WITH A 4-DAYS-SAFARI

Day 1: Arrive in the early morning at Moi International airport in Nairobi, meet with Jambo Rafiki Travel Service staff (greeting and welcome word “KARIBU” meaning welcome) who will lead you to our Tour van with open-able roofs ready to take you for a safari (Game trip). Leave for Amboseli National Park arrive in the afternoon, have lunch and check-in at Amboseli Sentrim Lodge, re-fresh and have a short break, there after go for an afternoon game drive. Hunt for animals (big 5 like elephants, lions, leopards and giraffes, rhino, buffalo) and other diversities of game experience . Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sentrim Lodge.

Day 2: Have early breakfast, start the last “hunt” in Amboseli so that the traveler can see as many animals (early catch) as possible. Meanwhile, the traveler will also take pleasure to see the snow-covering Mt. Kilimanjaro, then later leave for Tsavo West. Entering the park, there will be a thrilling experience of the serenity within the park to stalk wild game as you head to Sarova Salt-Lick Game Lodge or Rhino Valley Lodge. Arrive  at lunch time, check-in and proceed with lunch. After you have refreshed, join the wild for another Safari that starts in the afternoon, dinner during the beautiful sunset and overnight at the selected lodge.

Day 3: Wake up for early game, enjoy the early morning game. You will find stalk wild animals as they will be busy looking for food particularly grazers, return for a tasty breakfast at the Lodge. After breakfast, check-out and leave for Tsavo East. You will enter the Park through Bachuma gate, drive 80 kilometres long Safari from the gate as you enjoy viewing mostly grazers up to Ashnil Aruba. At these time, the traveler can see zebras, the famous red elephants, different kinds of antelopes, lions, leopards, giraffes and numerous bird species. Arrive in the afternoon, check-in and proceed with lunch, re-fresh with a short break, continue with 4 o’clock game drive in the afternoon. Come back to Ashnil Aruba for dinner during the sunset (sundowner) and overnight.

Day 4: After the early morning Safari, come back to the Lodge to have breakfast, checking-out, continue with another Safari while leaving the park through Bachuma gate, have lunch at Bachuma gate and say goodbye to Tsavo East National park as you cruise on the road heading to Diani Beach through Mombasa Town. NB: extra expense will apply incase a traveler visits Masai village while on the way back home. Arrival in Diani in the afternoon at The Sands at Nomad Beach Resort (five star hotel) or the Neptune Village Resort for check-in.

Day 5-10: Relax for leisure at the Kenyas famous Diani beach. During your rest at the coast, we introduce Diani  to the traveler by visiting to the local shops that sells local vegetables, drink a fresh and tasty orange juice. Later on, visit the factory of the local wood sculptures and curving where the traveler can buy nice presents. You will also take a look around at the local supermarket, drink a beer (Tusker) at the local pub.

Day 11: Take a little bit time reflecting on your 10 day safari and imagining you will come back again. In the course of the day, have around trip saying good-bye to the Indian Ocean (the exact time depends on the departure of the Nairobi flight; in case of a late checking-out, extra expenses can occur) and leaving for the Mombasa airport. Arrival to Nairobi with the Mombasa-Nairobi flight according to the schedule.

• lunch on the 4th day of the Safari and visiting a Masai village
• 7 days with breakfast/all-inclusive board in a room of The Sands at Nomad with forest view or a superior room of Neptune Village Beach Resort in Diani Beach
• a visit to the factory of the local wood sculptors, the local vegetable shop and stores in Diani

The price does not contain:

• Budapest/Vienna-Nairobi air tickets (from 750-850 USD)
• Mombasa-Nairobi air tickets (from 80 USD)
• travel insurance

If the flight to Nairobi arrives at night, there is a possibility to reverse the order of the programs. Firstly, travelling to Mombasa with a night flight then taking a 7-days-long rest at the coast. On the 8th day, leaving for safari from Tsavo East to Tsavo West and Amboseli, while arriving to Nairobi airport in the evening of the 11th day. The price is the same in both cases.
